This order form is intended for products listed on our site, please visit custom orders and samples for more information respectively.
PAYMENT:
For invitation & stationery orders, we will charge a 50% deposit up front and the balance will be charged at the time we ship your order.
For orders from our boutique, we will charge the full balance due at the time of shipment.
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
We will confirm the receipt of your order form within 48 hours.
For invitation and stationery orders, along with your order confirmation we will send you an expected date that you will receive your initial proofs. We will also confirm the expected ship date for your order. We will do the best we can to accommodate your desired in-hand date that you indicate on your orderform.
For orders from our boutique, along with your order confirmation we will send you an expected ship date.
ORDER PROCESS & SHIPPING:
For invitation & stationery orders, once you have received your initial proof, please review it carefully and email us any changes you require. We will continue to work with you until you are completely satisfied. Once you approve your final proof, your order will be printed and assembled.
For orders from our boutique, we do not carry stock in all items that are listed in our boutique. These items will need to be ordered from our manufacturer, so please allow up to four weeks for shipment.
